Composite electrical railway Insulators are used in tunnels of electrical railway under severe conditions. The sillicon rubber insulators can effectively prevent pollution flashover outage and free from cleaning maintenance work with a very small size, they can be substitued by porclain or glass insulators in case of small size, they could be manufactured by means of injection whole-molding technology. The juncture between end fittings and core is totally embedded in HTV silicon rubber, emilinating conventional and traditional seal defects.
